COVID-19 UPDATE: FALL 2021 PROGRAM SUSPENSION FOR AUSTRALIA, CHILE, AND SOUTH AFRICA
The coronavirus outbreak throughout the world has raised many concerns amongst students, families, and staff (both abroad and at the CSU). The wellbeing of our students and international community is of the upmost importance to us and CSU IP has been monitoring the situation surrounding the COVID-19 worldwide closely.
CSU IP has made the difficult decision to suspend our Fall 2021 program operations in Australia, Chile, and South Africa due to continued concerns and logistical challenges surrounding the COVID-19 global pandemic, availability of vaccines, and the earlier start date for our programs in the southern hemisphere. As we know this is disappointing news for many of our students, CSU IP intends to work closely with our applicants, CSU campus advisors, and partners to help students plan for study abroad opportunities offered in other locations or in the future.
CSU IP will continue to evaluate our program operations in our other countries over the following weeks. We remain optimistic that we will run some of our study abroad programs this fall.
